By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these Terms for the Orem YSA 5th Ward text messaging program.

1. Program description

The Orem YSA 5th Ward sends text messages (SMS) to members who have opted in. Messages include appointment reminders, prayer requests, and ward announcements.

2. Consent

By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

4. Opting out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To opt back in, contact us or sign up again.

5. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the information below.

6. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this link.
